You will be able to spend the evenings dining and days lounging with friends and family, the open plan layout captures beautiful light thanks to the north facing aspect along with a cooling green treescape surrounding the undercover al fresco area and bbq – an ideal option for easy summer nights or a cozy getaway in winter.
This large open planned contemporary home, boasts a oversized stone topped island bench at its heart. With plenty of space for preparation and conversation, you’ll be able to cook up a storm thanks to the well equipped kitchen and high spec Smeg appliances. Climate control via ducted R/C aircon. The family zone with comfy sofa is a great space for the kids, whilst a second living room at the front of the house provides some peace and quiet to curl up with a book in the afternoon sinking into the electric recliners. Bedrooms offer sanctuary and space with each fitted with a T.V , ceiling fans and built in robes. Two have Queen beds and the master bedroom with King sized bed has a dappled garden outlook and an ensuite with a calming, resort feel. The fourth bedroom has 2 king size single beds that can be put together to make a King on request. There’s a huge soaking tub in the main bathroom and a well appointed laundry with access to the outdoor shower, perfect for washing off the relaxing beach days.
